2) Register & Login

 

3) Apply for BLP 1
(home, apply for permit, construction and land development, apply, BLUP 1, next)

4) Fill it in and upload required documents

5) Place request (no fee required)

 

6) You will receive an answer within 3 weeks
Scenario 1 - Approved, proceed to next step
Scenario 2 - Additional info needed, submit the appropriate documents and wait for an answer within 3 weeks)

Scenario 3 - Rejected, contact the authorities to get clarification.

 

7) Pay online or at the district/municipal/city council of the given area. (your area, dashboard, payment due, open)

 

8) Download the permit on the website. (your area, dashboard, permit issued, open)
